Deleting your account will permanently remove all your data, including tracking history, progress insights, and personal settings. This action cannot be reversed.

How to Delete Your Account

Open the DosesPro App

Launch the app on your mobile device and make sure you're logged into your account.

Navigate to Settings

Tap on your profile icon or go to the Settings section in the app menu.

Find Account Management

Look for "Account Settings" or "Privacy Settings" section in the settings menu.

Select "Delete Account"

Tap on the "Delete Account" option. You may be asked to verify your identity with your password or biometric authentication.

Note: This option will be clearly marked and may require additional confirmation steps.

Confirm Deletion

Read the final warning carefully and confirm that you want to permanently delete your account and all associated data.

Data Processing Timeline

After confirming account deletion:

  • Immediate: Your account will be deactivated and you'll be logged out
  • Within 30 days: All personal data will be permanently deleted from our servers
  • Backup systems: Data in backup systems may take up to 90 days to be fully purged
